live show : 1 hour
when you reserve, you will be granted a table for 1 hour 45 minutes with a one hour live show and a dinner package included.

There are 3 time slots available for reservations on each date :
6pm, 8pm, 10 pm

1 alcoholic beverage (*applies for drinks with a menu value of up to 20 $ and it can be replaced with any other menu item of up to 20 dollars

*taxes , service charge and gratuity will be added to the 120 $ at the time of reservation
NOTE: if the consumption exceeds your package , any additional item will be added to the final bill at the time of your visit. ( bills can be split )

***POLICIES***
late arrivals/ no-shows/re-schedules/ cancellations
LATE ARRIVALS :
Your reservation starts from the reservation time, not the time of arrival and last up until 15 minutes before the next reservation.
6pm-7.45pm, 8pm-9.45pm, 10pm-11.45pm
This means, you have a reserved a table for 1 hour 45 minutes.

If you arrive later than 15 minutes from your reservation time, we can not guarantee a timely service and we won't be able to extend your reservation since there will be other reservations arriving afterwards.

If a full service or items could not be fulfilled because Your party arrived late, there will be no discounts or refunds applied to your reservation.
NO-SHOWS:

If you miss your reservation, do not contact us 48 hours in advance there will be no refunds possible.
Cancellation:
You are able to cancel your tickets 48 hours prior Your reservation
to be eligible for a full refund. We only accept written inquiries to room13@escapehotelhollywood.com
Reschedule:
You are able to reschedule your tickets 24 hours prior Your reservation.

large parties/ age restrictions
large parties
The maximum party size : 8
When you reserve your table, the maximum party size you can select is 8.
If your party is bigger than 8, you have the possibility to reserve multiple tables separately, but there is no guarantee that the tables will be next to each other, close, or will connect in any way.

Age restrictions
We do not have an age restriction as there is no inappropriate content being displayed during the show, however we currently do not have a different ticket price for children or a separate admission.
confirmation

A valid confirmation will show your correct date and time and your package details with the amount that was pre-charged.

This is a pre-charged event, and your reservation will be booked as an "experience".
